Facilities Fabric Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Fabric Manager to take the lead in maintaining and enhancing the building fabric of a prestigious venue based in Ascot, Berkshire. This role involves overseeing an in-house team, ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations, and driving continuous improvements in facilities management.

Key Responsibilities for the Facilities Fabric Manager role based in Ascot, Berkshire:

• Manage the building fabric, ensuring all maintenance meets legal and safety standards.
• Lead, support, and develop the in-house Facilities Fabric team.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, including asset lifecycle planning.
• Oversee signage, stock control, and procurement of non-contracted consumables.
• Provide technical support for events.
• Manage outsourced contractors to maintain high standards of performance.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
