This company delivers high-quality Planned Preventative Maintenance and responsive repair services to blue-chip commercial clients, property owners, and landlords across the UK and Ireland.

Each day, you'll drive a fully equipped van to perform both planned maintenance and emergency repairs at commercial sites. Your responsibilities will include carrying out routine preventative maintenance and addressing reactive issues with building fabric and M&E systems across a range of commercial properties. You'll manage your tasks and update records using a company-provided iPhone, with full support from the dedicated office team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering scheduled PPM tasks and attending to reactive maintenance
• Performing minor repairs and diagnostics across building fabric and M&E systems
• 40 hour work week with 1 week in 4 on call (£75 p/w allowance)
• Overtime rate of £30 per hour

About You:

• Facilities Maintenance Engineer (Gas Bias) or similar
• Gas Safe
• 18th Edition Electrical
• Full UK driving licence
