Are you a qualified Electrician, Mechanical Engineer or Plumber? Are you looking to step up into your first Supervisor role with full training and development and the chance to gain your AP qualification?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity where you will be based permanently onsite overseeing a small team of Engineers carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance with the chance to boost your salary through overtime.

Alongside this the company will support your development through on the job training as well as funding external courses to develop your technical and supervisor skills, as well as offer progression routes into management.

This position would suit a qualified Electrician, Plumber or Mechanical Engineer looking to step up into a Supervisor role with training and progression.

The Role:

• Overseeing a team of 8 Engineers
• Static position based at one site
• Looking after planned and reactive maintenance at busy facility

The Candidate:

• Apprentice-trained Electrician, Plumber or Mechanical Engineer
• Experience as a Supervisor or looking to step up into a Supervisor role
