Facilities Manager
Wembley, Middlesex
£55,000 + Pension + Parking
An experienced Facilities Manager is required to managing all alteration, facility and maintenance issues.
Some of your duties will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Company’s facilities and ensuring all systems and equipment are functional
- Dealing with all requests for changes of alterations and facilities and addressing promptly
- Overseeing the operation and maintenance of the Building management system
- Co-ordinating contractors and allocating work not be completed and tracking BMS jobs
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures and completing regular inspections and audits of property
- Maintaining up-to-date relationships including repairs are carried out in a timely manner
