Location: Andover, Hampshire
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & Repairs: Oversee daily operations of building systems, including HVAC and security. Coordinate contractors for maintenance and ensure timely inspections.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Collaborate with the HSE Manager to uphold health and safety regulations, manage fire safety systems, and maintain emergency procedures.
• Facilities Management: Manage office layout, cleaning, waste disposal, and security services. Ensure efficient procurement of facility services.
• Budgeting & Reporting: Develop and manage the facilities budget, monitor expenses, and report on sustainability initiatives.
• Project Management: Lead capital improvement projects and facility upgrades with minimal disruption to operations.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Facilities Manager in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of building systems and health & safety legislation.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing facility is essential.
• NEBOSH or IOSH qualification is a plus but not required.
• Facilities Management or Building Services qualification is desirable.
• First Aid and Fire Marshall training is advantageous.
