Facilities Manager

Cobalt are working with a fast-growing, independent Managing Agent to find a proactive Facilities Manager to look after a small portfolio of mixed-use properties across London. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and being part of a close-knit team, this could be the role for you.

You'll oversee the daily FM operations for a mix of commercial and mixed-use buildings, with the flexibility to work in a way that suits you.

About the role:

• Managing multiple properties across London - including commercial offices and mixed-use buildings.

• Ensuring compliance, managing service contracts, and handling general property management tasks.

• Maintaining strong relationships with tenants, clients, and contractors.

• Handling budgets and day-to-day operational tasks with a high level of autonomy.

What we're looking for:

• FM experience across various property types (commercial, mixed-use).

• IOSH qualification is essential (NEBOSH is desirable).

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
