Facilities Manager

We are delighted to partner with a blue-chip FMCG manufacturing business in Somerset, currently seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join their senior leadership team.
Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will take ownership of leading, motivating, and developing a team of talented facilities engineers. This position offers a fantastic platform to showcase your leadership capabilities by driving a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and safety in a FMCG manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of leadership in a FMCG manufacturing environment, a relevant engineering qualification and knowledge of effluent, legionella and pressure systems. You will play a pivotal role in implementing strategies that enhance efficiency, quality, and operational performance, while having a strong focus on maintaining compliance with safety, regulatory and business standards. Additionally, your ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the business—from production teams to senior leadership will be critical to your success.
