Facilities Manager - Up to £52,000 | Lead a Complex Hard FM Operation

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for a new leadership opportunity in Evesham? You'll take a visible role in leading a complex estate, with responsibility for compliance, service delivery, team performance and continuous improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established Hard FM or Estates professional who enjoys being hands-on, leading teams and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

As the Facilities Manager, you'll provide visible leadership across the estate and ensure services are delivered safely, compliantly and effectively.

Lead the day-to-day operation and management of the estate
Drive statutory and mandatory compliance across all services
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring work is completed safely and on time
Lead, support and develop the site team
Monitor KPIs, service standards, budgets and costs
Carry out audits and spot checks to ensure quality standards are maintained
Build strong working relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Manage competing priorities, operational escalations and service backlogs
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational performance
Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site
Support environmental and sustainability initiatives
Participate in an on-call arrangement for operational escalations

What we're looking for

You'll be an established Facilities Manager, Hard FM or Estates professional with the confidence to lead teams and manage a complex operational environment.

Strong experience within Hard FM, Estates, engineering or a similar technical environment
IWFM Level 3 or an equivalent relevant qualification
Experience managing statutory and mandatory compliance
Strong understanding of health and safety requirements
Experience managing KPIs, budgets and service delivery
Previous first-line management experience
Confident stakeholder and client relationship management skills
A resilient and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing demands
Previous experience in a secure or highly regulated environment would be advantageous
Strong transferable experience from a complex technical or operational environment will also be consideredSecurity Clearance will be required, with support provided throughout the process.

The role offers 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an on-call requirement for operational escalations. The recruitment process will consist of an initial Microsoft Teams interview followed by a face-to-face interview.
