Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager at mystayinn in Edinburgh. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, including maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and inventory management. They will ensure that properties are well-maintained, fully equipped, and ready for guests. The Facilities Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Experience in property management or a related field
Knowledge of building maintenance and repair
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Experience with short-term rentals is a plus
Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards
