We are currently looking for an individual to join our Aramark UK team as a Facilities Manager based in the prestigious RNLI site, based in Poole, Bournemouth. This is a permanent role full time role.
You will lead a team of facilities employees to provide a fully integrated facilities service to The Lifeboat College, managing all operational teams employed to ensure efficient and effective service provision in line with agreed budgets and service specifications. Monitor and report on the quality and financial performance of both services within the scope of the contract, to include innovation in service delivery. Aim to continuously improve the service delivery to the client.

A day in the life of a Facilities Manager: Operational responsibility of all Aramark Services at the Lifeboat College Financial reconciliation of all retail sales, cash and PDQ Ensuring Sharp EPOS System (Tills) is maintained up to date with pricing, appropriate buttons and authorised staff is adequately trained Payroll is completed accurately and timely Staff records are complete and always up to date Equipment, uniforms and other purchases are compliant to Aramark and RNLI standards Hospitality and Training Functions responsibility and coordination Promotional activities are business conducive and maintained in timely fashion Maintenance, Health & Safety, SOX and OPEX requirements are enforced and audited according to company policy. Conduct regular meetings for staff team Participate at HoD and other relevant meetings Training of Staff when necessary Mentoring of Graduate placements and staff. Ensuring relevant computer systems are used correctly and working to meet the needs of the business Regular audits of business activities Devising development plans for staff
