Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager
£38,000 to £45,000 per annum

Our client is a national charity who are looking for a senior facilities manager to work on a 1 year FTC.

You will ensure the safety and effective management of our people, buildings, and projects. This role focuses on health and safety, compliance, and operations, including a large refurbishment project this year.

Key Responsibilities:
Joint health and safety lead for the organisation
Ensure safe and compliant operational and facilities management
Oversee security, maintenance, and cleanliness of all facilities
Manage key building services and facilities contracts
Support the Senior HR Manager in staff onboarding and facilities management
Lead the development of an environmental plan
Oversee the procurement of building goods and services
Manage the operations budget and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
Extensive experience in facilities and operations management, ideally in a cultural venue
Sound knowledge of compliance and legislation
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to issues and incidents as they arise
