Looking for a Facilities Manager who will use their initiatives and respond calmly in emergency situations.

job summary:
Collaborating with Head of Operations to ensure safety of the school, regarding compliance, security, etc.
Lead and manage a team of site manager, leading day to day operations, managing rotas and shifts for team.
Must be willing to undertake raining in facilities management, and further training including health and safety, ICT, First aid and school policies and procedures.
Must be willing to complete an enhanced DBS.
As Facilities Manager you will need to possess exceptional interpersonal skills, show strong resilience, and must follow robust processes and procedures. You will be a confident multi-tasker who is able to effectively prioritise heavy workloads.

Experience of working in a school.
Experience of managing buildings or facilities.
Strong verbal, written and communication skills.
Well natured, resilient, and enthusiastic.
