Facilities Officer

The Facilities Officer, as part of the team, plays a key role in the provision of an outstanding security and maintenance service to Francis Holland School.This role has a particular focus on supporting the hiring of the school to external groups.
As an important first contact with the school the officer's appearance is important, so the wearing of a uniform will be required. The officer is expected to be alert to potential security and/or building issues and keep the Facilities Manager informed.
We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Facilities Officer to join a friendly team and be responsible for the maintenance of the schools premises and equipment. You will have experience delivering maintenance across a wide skill set (i.e., carpentry, joinery, plumbing) and demonstrate a good understanding of customer service in a facilities environment.
Flexibility will be required as the role involves a rotating shift pattern.
