Facilities Project Manager | Milton Keynes | Up to £50,000 | Permanent
The Opportunity
If you're looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a diverse range of facilities projects while helping shape the future direction of a growing Facilities function, this is the kind of role that offers genuine influence from day one.
As a newly created position within a growing engineering and manufacturing environment, you'll play a key role in delivering facilities improvement projects across a large and complex operational site. With business growth driving increased project activity, this role has been introduced to provide dedicated project management capability and support the continued development of facilities operations.
You'll be responsible for managing projects ranging from office developments and infrastructure upgrades through to larger capital improvement works, working closely with production teams, contractors, procurement, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
This is more than a traditional project management position. Alongside delivering projects, you'll have the opportunity to improve planned maintenance processes, streamline ways of working, and help move facilities operations from a reactive to a more proactive approach.
With a constant pipeline of improvement initiatives and investment across the site, you'll join a team where your contribution will have a visible impact on both operational performance and the wider business.
