PROJECT MANAGER (6 MONTH FTC)

We are seeking a Project Manager to come in and work on one a client’s contract, operating within Central London and covering the international (EMEA & APAC) portfolio.

Job Description
In this role, you will play a crucial role in delivering a wide range of projects across the international portfolio - including Capital Works, Fit Outs, Minor Works, Transitional and Transformation, Innovation and Improvement and Moves and Changes (MAC).

You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of various projects, working closely with ISS teams, tier one suppliers, and in-country delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
Work with the real estate team to input into the site strategy, make recommendations, provide high level budgets, programme, risks, layout drawings etc
Source local vendors for project delivery, including RFP preparation for TDD survey, PM, QS, CA, H&S, and DB contractors
Work with the internal team to bring the end-to-end project together, including IT, Security, Health & Safety, Operations, Finance, Legal
Prepare presentations for decision making by corporate leads & local stakeholders
Be aware of industry standards practices and legal contracts, including JCT & FIDIC
Take full responsibility for delivery, reporting, organisation and management of Projects as part of the Project Management Office (PMO) function
Manage Supply partners across the full range of Project Delivery assigned to the PMO function
Provide timely, accurate and regular progress reports on the full breadth of projects being managed through the PMO function

About You
Project Manager preferably with experience of Capital Works, Fit Outs, Minor Works, Transitional and Transformation, Innovation and Improvement, and Moves and Changes (MAC).
Experience of working in the International Financial Services Sector
Experience in Program Management, Project Execution, Risk Management and General Real Estate Activities within an Integrated FM environment
Previous experience of managing a project budget
Knowledge of key operational procedures, e.g., project road maps, planned maintenance systems, Quality and Health & Safety.
Demonstrable experience of operating at Senior Manager Level within the building maintenance industry (preferably in banking sector / corporate environments / commercial offices)
Degree Qualified or job holder to be educated to at least HNC, NVQ level 4 or equivalent
