Our local client are looking for a facilities team member , they will be Reporting to the Facilities Manager working as part of a team you will be accountable for providing a well maintained, safe,
secure, clean, compliant and efficient environment, delivering high quality planned and reactive maintenance, demonstrating CARE (Connect, Act, Respect and Encourage) in everything you do across a number of estates disciplines.

Responsibilities

Servicing mechanical and electronic locking systems.
Carrying out window and door repairs.
Assisting with fire alarm activations and managing false alarms.
Providing reactive maintenance support, including emergency works and seasonal projects.
Fault-finding and carrying out remedial repairs.
Conducting PPM (planned preventative maintenance) inspections and addressing or reporting any necessary follow-up works to appropriate personnel.
Assisting with wider PPM tasks as needed.
Responding to Health & Safety and maintenance-related calls within agreed service levels.
