Job Title:         Facilities Technician

Location:         Littlehampton, West Sussex

Salary:             £9.52 per hour

Contract:         8 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Technician to join our fantastic team at Beach Road.  As a Facilities Technician, you will support our adult residential service on site to maintain buildings and equipment to the high standards set by the company and external regulators. This role will require you to be adaptable and flexible.

We are looking for someone with previous maintenance experience who is friendly, reliable, approachable, and flexible.  You will be conscientious and understand the importance of keeping high standards in and around the home, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all. 

About us:

Beach Road adults is one of our Options Autism services which forms part of our wider group, Outcomes First Group.  Beach Road is a specialist residential service for young adults, CQC rated Good. The accommodation is comfortable and attractive and comprises of four detached family homes situated on a quiet road within our extensive privately owned grounds
