Facility Manager
Location: Stechford Leisure Centre, Birmingham, B33 8QN
Salary: £35,279.87 plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Full time 40 hours per week, flexible to work earlies, lates and weekends, between the hours 6am -10.30pm.

As a Facility Manager in our Birmingham Community Leisure Trust team, you’ll lead the safe, efficient, and successful operation of a busy community facility, ensuring every visit positively impacts the people who use it. You’ll play a key role in creating an environment that is welcoming, well-maintained, and focused on delivering real value to the community.
In this role, your work has purpose. You’ll help shape the experience of local communities by creating a space that is safe, clean, and engaging – a place where people can improve their health, wellbeing, and sense of connection. With a strong focus on growth, performance, and innovation, you’ll contribute to a service that truly makes a difference every day.

Vetting and checks:
An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to allow us to provide any support needed for you to succeed in the role.
