Factory Manager

This role would suit an Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Factory Manager or Site Lead as there is a pathway to progression within the business - Timelines TBC.

We are currently partnering with a well-established, reputable market leader within food manufacturing who are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join the team. This role is a key member of the SLT and will need a safe pair of hands who knows how to integrate into a new environment.

You will be responsible for site management, driving a safe culture, delivering inspirational leadership, productivity and efficient KPI management. Develop a cross functional and two way communication across all departments, delivering best practice. Ensure compliance with all HSE regulations and site procedures and deliver personal development plans.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience operating at senior Operational level or site leadership, knowing the challenges that can come with a proactive/reactive, fast paced environment, strong project management and presentation skills, a desire for delivering results, improvements and winning over hearts and minds!
