We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing food manufacturer that supplies a range of high-quality products to customers across the UK. Due to continued growth, the business is looking to appoint a Factory Manager to lead its production operation and drive standards across the site.

The Role
As Factory Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the manufacturing operation, ensuring production targets, quality standards and customer requirements are consistently achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and developing production teams across the site. Driving productivity, efficiency and labour performance. Ensuring food safety, quality and customer standards are maintained at all times. Managing operational KPIs and delivering continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with Technical, Engineering and Supply Chain teams. Promoting a positive culture focused on accountability, engagement and high performance. Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety requirements. Supporting site improvement projects and future business growth plans.About You
To be considered, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in a Factory Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager or similar leadership position. A proven background within food manufacturing. Strong people management and leadership skills. Experience improving operational performance and driving efficiencies. Good understanding of food safety and quality standards. A hands-on management style with the ability to engage and motivate teams.What's On Offer?
