Factory Operative

My client, a manufacturing company based in the Pershore area is looking to recruit a Factory Operative on a Temp to Perm basis

The hours required are 48 per week, rotating between 0630-1830 and 830-0630

The main responsibilities of the role include

- Prepare items for packing and dispatch
- Ensuring that the area, equipment and machinery are kept clean and tidy at all times
- General duties to enable production facilities to run as efficiently as possible

As a suitable candidates

- Willingness to take a flexible approach to work and carrying out various tasks.
- meticulous attention to detail
- Exposure to working within a factory environment
- Ability to remain calm when working under pressure
- Fork lift truck and UK Driving license is an advantage

The pay-rate on offer is £12.21 an hour
