Factory Operative

Location: Romsey

* Hourly rate: £14.00 per hour

* Shifts: Full Time | Monday - Friday (Days)

* Duration: Temp to Perm Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a busy manufacturing company based in Romsey.

This is a hands-on role working within a production environment, assisting with the manufacture, assembly, and preparation of industrial products. The successful candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and comfortable using hand tools. No manufacturing experience is required, all training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assembly of components and products

* Using hand and power tools

* Manufacturing and production duties

* Quality checking completed work

* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
