Family Associate

A leading law firm, is seeking a Family Law Associate to join their highly respected team in Altrincham. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Family Law Associate, you will provide top-tier advice on a variety of privately funded family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies, children and injunction issues, surrogacy and fertility, cohabitee disputes, and pre and post-nuptial agreements. You will manage a small caseload and assist senior team members on more complex cases. The role also involves contributing to business development and the growth of the department.

ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you will need proven experience in privately funded family law matters. You should be adept at handling high net worth clients and have a strong academic background. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about business development and able to maintain a proper work/life balance while responding to clients' urgent needs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments are essential.
