My client is a Top 100 firm ranked within matrimonial finance in The Legal 500 and band recognised for high-net-worth matrimonial finance in Chambers and Partners.
You will work closely with experienced partners and handle a varied, high-quality caseload spanning both contentious and non-contentious family law matters.

This includes:

• Divorce and civil partnership dissolution
• Complex financial disputes, including those with cross-border and jurisdictional elements
• Private law children matters
• Schedule 1 Children Act claims
• Cohabitation disputes
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Private adoption
• Cross-border family law issues
• Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (TOLATA) claims
• Inheritance Act 1975 claims
• Protective injunctions such as non-molestation and occupation orders

While not essential, experience in surrogacy or international family formation work would be a welcome addition.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Qualified solicitor between 3-6 PQE. Will also consider candidates qualified overseas (who do not require visa sponsorship) with relevant UK experience gained in a London law firm
• Exceptional case management skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience of direct client contact and a strong focus on client care
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team
• Sound financial and compliance management
• Enthusiasm for engaging in marketing and business development activities
