Family Associate to Junior Partner role - flexible working

Family Solicitor role in central London.
You must have at least 5 years PQE and be a Private Family law specialist.
My Client is open to a 5 year PQE Solicitor joining up to a junior Partner level candidate.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Family Financial Solicitor to join a relaxed and flexible law firm.
The Family Law Partner is seeking to take a step back from doing as much fee-earning, plus their Senior Associate who works part time is going on a 3 month sebatical; for these reasons as well as due to the volume of leads they are getting in; means they now need an experienced Family Solicitor to join the team.
They undertake around 90% financial work, generally dealing with cases to around £20million in the main.
Hybrid working is on offer - they are really flexible - it is a very laid back law firm with a relaxed atmosphere.
You can really make your own stamp on things here.
They would like someone to come in who is able to work pretty autonomously and not needing everything checked constantly. They are also keen for someone to have good business development skills.
This is a sociable law firm who have annual golf days and trips abroad etc.
They pass work between departments and everyone gets on.
