Bell Cornwall Recruitment are recruiting for a Family Caseworker in Birmingham to join a fast-paced law firm. They are looking for an organised and proactive person.

Family Caseworker responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of private family law matters independently
• Draft court documents including applications, statements and consent orders with precision
• Advise on financial remedy cases
• Prepare for hearings and maintain clear communication with counsel and clients
• Provide support and guidance for junior staff when needed

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3-4 years hands-on family law experience
• Experience independently managing financial remedy cases
• Experience completing documentation accurately, including D81 and Form E
• Capability to manage a fast paced workload
• Strong organisation skills
