Are you passionate about family law and committed to making a difference in people's lives during challenging times? We're looking for a dedicated and empathetic Family Fee Earner to join a respected and friendly legal team in Nottingham.

You'll manage a varied caseload of family law matters, providing expert legal advice and support to clients with sensitivity and professionalism. The role includes:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy proceedings
• Private law children matters
• Domestic abuse and injunctions
• Cohabitation and pre/post-nuptial agreements

You'll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, client care, and continuous professional development.

• Handling your own caseload from initial instruction through to resolution
• Drafting legal documents, statements, and court applications
• Representing clients at court hearings and negotiations
• Providing clear, compassionate legal advice
• Maintaining accurate records and meeting billing targets
• Supporting business development and client relationship initiatives

• A qualified solicitor, legal executive, or experienced paralegal with a strong background in family law
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage sensitive cases with empathy and discretion
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• A proactive, client-focused approach
