Job Description - Family Law Head of Department Partner

An exciting new opportunity for a Senior Family Lawyer to take on a role with Partner or Head of Department to take on a role with a very highly regarded law firm. The firm does a wide variety of family work the a bias towards private family law and also some legal aid.

Requirements:

Qualified as a Solicitor of FCILEX in the UK with 8+ years of experience.
The role will involve giving wide advice to the overall Family department and training and mentoring junior fee earners.
Excellent experience in divorce, financial remedy disputes, civil partnership disputes, rights of unmarried and cohabiting couples.
Experienced in Child Law or Childcare work.
