My client, a well-established and highly regarded family law firm based in the heart of London City, is seeking an experienced and proactive Family Law Paralegal to join their dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting solicitors in the management of client files and general casework.
• Handling client files under supervision, based on experience and capability.
• Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional and timely manner.
• Preparing bundles for court hearings and supporting with case management tasks.
• Managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth administrative support.
• Overseeing file closure and archiving in line with firm policies and compliance requirements.
• Handling incoming client calls and new enquiries with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and motivated individual with a genuine interest in family law and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Essential Qualities:

• Law degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to use initiative and work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong IT skills; experience with case management systems is advantageous.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
