Family Law Paralegal

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, Top 200 law firm with offices across Lincolnshire and the Midlands. This forward-thinking, progressive firm is known for combining a rich heritage with a modern, dynamic approach to legal services.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Paralegal to join their highly regarded Family Law team based in Lincoln. This is a great chance to become part of a collaborative and supportive environment with clear pathways for development.

The Role
You’ll be assisting experienced family lawyers with a broad caseload covering:

• Divorce and financial matters
• Private law children cases
• Injunctive relief
• Cohabitation and nuptial agreements

You’ll also be involved in court work, client liaison, research, and supporting the department across multiple offices.

Ideal Candidate You’ll Need To Have:

• A Law degree or be working towards CILEX qualification
• Previous paralegal experience in family law (essential)
• Strong client care and organisational skills
• Confidence to work independently and manage tasks efficiently

Experience with legal software or case management systems is a plus, along with any exposure to business development or marketing activities.
