Role Overview An established and client-focused firm, renowned for delivering expert legal support and HR consultancy, is seeking a Family Law Solicitor to manage a privately funded and Legal Aid caseload. Based in either Manchester or Blackburn, this role involves handling divorce, finances, Children Act matters, and some advocacy work. The position offers a dynamic, supportive environment where relationship building and legal excellence are key.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed

• Minimum 2 years PQE in Family Law
  
  
• SRA Family Law Accreditation (essential)
  
  
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently
  
  
• Experience with both private and Legal Aid family matters
  
  
• Strong advocacy and client relationship management skills
  
  
• Track record of meeting and exceeding financial and performance targets
  
  
• Confident in marketing and contributing to business development activities
