Role Summary:
Join a busy, high-performing Family Law team handling a varied caseload—from divorce and children’s matters to pre/post-nuptial agreements and finances. You’ll operate with autonomy, build and maintain client relationships, and hit fee income targets while enjoying strong support for your professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a mixed caseload across divorce, children, finances, cohabitation and nuptial agreements: hone your technical skills and grow your expertise
• Identify and deliver improvements to service delivery: shape how the team works
• Build and sustain strong client relationships: enjoy being front-facing and client-centric
• Meet fee income targets: demonstrate your commercial impact
• Ensure compliance with SRA, Law Society, Lexcel standards: cement your professional credibility

Requirements:
• Extensive Family Law experience across a broad spectrum of matters
• Comfortable working at pace on technical caseloads
• Strong verbal and written communication
• High attention to detail
• Collaborative relationship-builder with clients and colleagues
• Self-motivated with excellent time management
• Professional, calm demeanor under pressure
• Flexible and proactive mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/tools
• Full UK driving licence and own transport
Desirable: Law Society or Resolution Family Law Panel membership; Solicitor or Legal Executive qualification
