Family Lawyer — Position Overview

Key Responsibilities of the Family Lawyer

Managing a caseload of private family matters, including divorce, finances, and children’s arrangements

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements of the Family Solicitor / Legal Executive

Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with strong family law experience

Proven ability to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision
