Family Medicine

Position Overview:

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages. You will diagnose and treat a wide range of illnesses and injuries, as well as provide preventative care and promote healthy lifestyles. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough medical assessments and develop treatment plans for patients

- Monitor and manage chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma

- Administer vaccinations and immunizations

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests

- Provide patient education and counseling on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and medication management

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

- Stay current with advancements in the field of Family Medicine and implement best practices in patient care

- Adhere to all medical standards, laws, and regulations

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree

- Valid state medical license

- Board certification in Family Medicine

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Family Medicine (Recent graduates and residents will also be considered)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in electronic medical records

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Availability for locum tenens assignments, including evenings and weekends
