• Support the preparation of cases for court hearings, including organising evidence and witness statements.
• Collaborate with external professionals, such as barristers and social workers, to facilitate case progression.
• Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes to ensure all relevant information is captured.
• Stay informed of legal developments and changes in family law to enhance service delivery.
