Description

• Providing comprehensive legal support to senior solicitors within the family law department.
• Assisting with case preparation and research.
• Managing client interactions and maintaining client files.
• Drafting legal documents under the supervision of solicitors.
• Coordinating appointments, court dates, and deadlines.
• Complying with all legal standards and regulations.
• Supporting solicitors in the negotiation and settlement processes.

Profile

A successful Family Paralegal should have:

• A degree in law or a related field.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of family law.
• Excellent research and report writing skills.
