The Role
The successful Family Solicitor will join a busy and friendly team handling a varied caseload of private family law matters. Responsibilities include:

• Managing a full caseload of private family law files from start to finish
  
  
• Advising clients on financial remedy proceedings, divorce, separation, and other family-related matters
  
  
• Drafting and reviewing key legal documents
  
  
• Preparing for and attending hearings
  
  
• Maintaining excellent standards of client care and communication
  
  
• Working closely with senior team members, including Partners and Associates
  
  
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  
  

You
The ideal candidate will be:

• A qualified Solicitor with experience in private family law (PQE guideline 2+ years, but all levels considered)
  
  
• Confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
  
  
• Personable, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with clients
  
  
• Detail-oriented with strong drafting and organisational skills
  
  
• A team player who is proactive and adaptable
  
  
• Committed to delivering high-quality legal services
