Family Solicitor

Family Solicitor 3+ PQE, c£50,000, Yorkshire. We are seeking a skilled Family Solicitor to manage a diverse caseload and provide high-quality legal advice in family law. This role involves working with clients on a variety of cases, including divorce, financial settlements, children’s matters and more. FAMILY SOLICITOR:
You must have experience in family law. Exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to handle cases independently while providing compassionate and effective service. Membership of the Law Society's Children Panel (preferred but not required, depending on the role). Key responsibilities include managing a broad caseload in family law, including but not limited to divorce, finance and child matters. Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations and mediations. Prepare and review key legal documents to ensure client cases are handled efficiently. Collaborate with professionals to secure the best outcomes for clients and their families.
