The Role – What You'll Be Doing

As a Family Solicitor, you will manage a private family law caseload, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy proceedings
• Child arrangements and parental responsibility
• Cohabitation agreements and disputes
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements

You’ll have the autonomy to handle your own files, with access to ongoing training and direct involvement in business development and firm events.

? What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years PQE as a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive
• OR an experienced non-qualified family law fee earner looking to qualify
• Strong technical knowledge and confident in managing your own caseload
• Client-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
