Role Overview:
The firm is seeking a Family Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join its Maidenhead office. This role is ideal for an experienced Solicitor looking to take on more responsibility and work on a diverse and challenging family law caseload. You will be working in a Partner-led team, handling a variety of high-profile and complex family law matters, with the opportunity for further career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on divorce, financial disputes, children’s law and related matters
• Handle complex family law issues, including international prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes and civil partnerships
• Manage TOLATA claims, Schedule 1 applications and other family law disputes
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert legal advice and strategic solutions
• Contribute to business development and the continued success of the family law team

Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years PQE in Family Law, with solid experience in divorce, financial disputes and children’s law
• Expertise in managing international family law matters and cross-border cases
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage high-value cases
• A proactive and business-minded solicitor, eager to contribute to the firm’s growth and development
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment
