Family Solicitor required with UK advocacy experience. Private law.

£55,000 - £70,000 - Hybrid

Hybrid, Birmingham area

We are looking for an ambitious Family Solicitor with a minimum 4 years PQE / Post Qualification to grow our client’s family department - private law. This company are friendly, cohesive, and well regarded by their clients. They are looking for someone who wants to have further growth and success in their career and will support them throughout that!

As the Senior Family Solicitor you will be spearheading the growth of this department with the backing of great administration / legal secretaries and partners.

The successful candidate comes with a family law / family lawyer background and duties may include:-

• Divorce
• Finances, resolving substantial wealth including properties & pensions
• Cohabitation Disputes - and cohabitation agreements
• Prenuptial agreements
• TOLATA
• Children matters

Qualifications and skills

• Qualified Solicitor or Cilex with minimum 4 years PQE including advocacy
• Ambitious and enthusiastic, looking for career progression and growth
• Ability to grow a department - leading by example, including your attention to detail and organisation
• Great people skills, both with stakeholders and colleagues / peers
• Excellent client care skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
