Family Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive – Gloucestershire law firm

Join a well-established Gloucestershire law firm in its successful family department as a Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.

About the role:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters: divorce, finances, TOLATA, children’s matters, pre/post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreement and separation agreements
• Attend court
• Have strong client relationship skills to ensure high-quality service
• Be prepared to be involved in the marketing and promotion of the family department

Your experience:

• Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in family law
• Resolution member or similar accreditation is desirable
