The Role You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of privately funded family matters, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Complex financial disputes and asset division
• Private children matters
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Cohabitation issues and related disputes

You will also be expected to contribute to the continued growth of the department through business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Qualified Family Solicitor with substantial post-qualification experience
• An existing following or client base is essential
• Strong technical expertise and commercial acumen
• Confident handling complex and high-value family matters
• Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships
