A well-established and highly regarded law firm with offices across Surrey and Hampshire is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its respected family law team. The role is available at either the firm's Petersfield or Haslemere office, with flexible and hybrid working arrangements on offer.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy proceedings
• Child arrangements and Children Act applications
• Cohabitation disputes
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

The role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a knowledgeable team in a firm that values a client-focused, constructive approach to family law.

Candidate Profile
Applications are welcomed from solicitors with:

• A minimum of 2 years' PQE in family law (other levels of experience will be considered)
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle cases with autonomy
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
• A solutions-driven, empathetic approach to resolving family disputes
• A commitment to business development and ongoing professional growth

Resolution membership or alignment with its Code of Practice would be advantageous.
