About the Role

We are recruiting for a Family Law Solicitor with experience in privately funded family law matters. You will handle a diverse caseload including:

• Divorce and civil partnership dissolution
• Financial settlements and complex asset division
• Child arrangements and parental responsibility
• Cohabitation disputes and agreements
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements

You will also have the opportunity to work on high-value and high-net-worth family law cases, involving:

• Large property portfolios
• Business ownership and trusts
• Cross-border/international family issues

? Requirements

• UK-qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Minimum 3 years' PQE in family law within private practice
• Strong knowledge of matrimonial finance and children law
• Client-focused with excellent communication skills
