Offering a highly flexible working arrangement with up to 3 days working from home on offer.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle a varied caseload including divorce, finances, private children work, cohabitation disputes, and domestic abuse
• Draft legal documents such as separation, cohabitation, and nuptial agreements, and name change deeds
• Provide excellent client care and ensure smooth case progression
• Represent clients in court when required
• Actively contribute to team meetings and planning

About You
• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with 4+ years’ PQE
• Able to manage a full caseload independently
• Confident advocate with experience attending hearings
• Commercially minded, target-focused, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A collaborative team player
