Family Solicitor (3+ Years PQE)
Location: Central Manchester - Hybrid Working Available
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Full-time or Part-time

I'm currently working with a highly regarded family law firm in central Manchester that's known for its forward-thinking approach, supportive culture, and commitment to providing exceptional client service across a broad spectrum of family law matters.

Due to continued growth, they're now looking to bring on a Family Solicitor with 3+ years PQE who can hit the ground running with their own caseload and is passionate about delivering high-quality, empathetic legal advice.

The Role Involves:

• Managing a varied caseload, including divorce, financial remedy, child arrangements, and cohabitation matters
• Drafting legal documents and providing sound, strategic legal advice
• Representing clients in court and during negotiations
• Keeping up to date with changes in family law and best practices
• Contributing to team targets and KPIs with a commercially minded approach

What You'll Need:

• Minimum of 3 years PQE with solid family law experience
• Strong technical knowledge of private family law, including financial remedy and children work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage cases independently and build strong client relationships
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail
• SRA Practising Certificate and LLB (Hons) or equivalent
