Are you a newly qualified or early-career solicitor looking to build your career in family law? We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Family Solicitor (NQ–3 years PQE) to join our highly supportive and friendly team based in Leeds.

The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedies
• Child arrangements
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Cohabitation disputes

You’ll receive mentorship from experienced family law specialists and work in a collaborative, client-focused environment where your development is a priority.

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified Solicitor (NQ to 3 years PQE) with a passion for family law
• Some experience in handling private family law matters (via training contract or post-qualification)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first approach
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
• A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships
