Premier Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a family run law firm based in Romford, currently seeking a Family Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable firm with a loyal client base and a strong presence in the local community. You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, with the opportunity to manage a varied and rewarding caseload focusing on Private Family Law, alongside a small element of Legal Aid work.

The Role:
? Manage your own caseload of Private Family clients with some Legal Aid work
? Conduct advocacy and always act in the best interests of your clients
? Build and maintain strong client relationships
? Contribute to the firm's strong reputation in Family Law
? Attend networking events to support business development

What We're Looking For:
? 2+ years PQE as a qualified Solicitor in Private Family Law
? Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
? Confident managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision
? Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
? A proactive and collaborative approach to team working
