I have multiple opportunities across Lincolnshire for passionate Family Solicitors of all levels, who are looking to grow their career.

The Role:
I am seeking a talented and driven individual to join a dynamic Family Law team. In this role, you will manage a diverse and engaging caseload of private family matters, including divorce and separation, private law children issues, cohabitation & separation agreements and financial proceedings.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise within a supportive and forward-thinking firm, working on meaningful cases that make a real difference in client’s lives.

Key responsibilities will include managing and developing your own caseload under supervision, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal advice and exceptional client service.

You will contribute to the firm’s growth by supporting business development and marketing initiatives, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments.

Additionally, you will be expected to meet agreed billing and financial performance targets, demonstrating both commercial awareness and professional diligence.

Skills & Experience:
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a demonstrable competency in handling a broad range of family law matters.

You will bring excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client care.

A proactive and empathetic approach, coupled with commercial awareness, is essential for success in this role.

Experience in business development or client relationship management would be advantageous, though not essential.
